Associate
Andrew Pearce is an Associate Attorney at McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C. focusing on construction defect litigation. Drawn to the technical and factual complexity the practice demands, he brings over a decade of litigation experience to his work, including extensive expertise managing the large-scale document review and evidence collection that complex construction matters require.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011, before attending Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2014. At Campbell Law, Andrew was a member of the Old Kivett’s Advocacy Council, which oversaw the school’s moot court and advocacy competitions, and participated in what is now the Restorative Justice Clinic, a nationally recognized program that brings victims and offenders together using restorative justice practices to foster collaborative healing rather than punishment. He also interned in Wake County Family Court under the Honorable Anna Worley and the Honorable Lori Christian. Andrew was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in April 2015 and to the Colorado Bar in February 2026.
Earlier in his career, Andrew practiced consumer protection law, representing and defending telecommunications and cable companies in proceedings before the American Arbitration Association. In the years since, he has developed substantial experience across complex litigation spanning construction, consumer protection, product liability, and insurance matters.
Andrew lives in Denver with his fiancé and their two cats. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, sailing, and traveling, and as a lover of art and history, taking any opportunity to explore a museum.
