Tyler M. Campbell

Shareholder

Background:

Tyler M. Campbell is a Shareholder at McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C. in Denver, Colorado, where his practice focuses on construction defect defense, insurance bad faith claims, and complex civil litigation. He represents a broad range of clients including private homeowners, developers, designers, builders, and contractors of all sizes as they navigate and litigate construction-related disputes at every stage, from pre-litigation claim evaluation through trial. Mr. Campbell joined McConaughy & Sarkissian in 2020 and has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America every year since 2024, a peer-nominated designation reflecting the quality of his work early in his career.

What makes Mr. Campbell’s background particularly well-suited to construction defect and insurance bad faith litigation is the breadth of his pre-practice regulatory experience. Before joining McConaughy & Sarkissian, he interned with a boutique regulatory affairs firm in Washington, D.C. that counseled clients through the FDA approval process — work that required close attention to complex regulatory frameworks, scientific and technical documentation, and strategic positioning before a federal agency. He further developed that regulatory foundation as a research associate with the New York State Science & Technology Law Center.  Prior to joining the firm, he also practiced as an associate attorney at a creditor’s rights firm in Santa Ana, California and Littleton, Colorado, where he developed his civil litigation fundamentals.

Mr. Campbell earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado state courts.

Mr. Campbell lives in Castle Rock with his wife, son, and dog. Outside the office, he and his family spend their time hiking and skiing Colorado’s mountains and exploring the state’s local craft brewery scene.
