Courtney McGregor
Associate
Courtney, originally from Delaware, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with an emphasis in Journalism from the University of Delaware. After graduating she went on to serve as Press Secretary to then Governor Jack Markell and later as Communications Director and State Director to the Honorable Lisa Blunt Rochester.
While working for the U.S. House of Representatives and then Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester, who served on the Energy and Commerce Committee, Courtney’s policy portfolio included the Congresswoman’s Environmental Justice, Energy, and Criminal Justice policy. Courtney attended Delaware Law School at night while working in Congress and earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.).
Upon graduation, she went on to serve as the Honorable Jennifer Ranji’s law clerk in the Delaware Family Court. After completing her clerkship, Courtney served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Delaware Department of Justice where she focused her practice on juvenile delinquency and dependency and neglect.
Having grown up ski racing in Colorado, Courtney moved to Colorado and now focuses her practice on domestic relations matters.
When she is not working, she can be found skiing, running, hiking, and spending time with her wife and son.
