Ivan Sarkissian, co-founder and shareholder at McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C. is celebrating his 12th consecutive year as a Super Lawyer, following three years as a Rising Star. As an expert litigator, he has focused his career on serving developers, designers, builders, and contractors involving complex cases including payment disputes, bid protests, termination, delay and disruption, mechanics liens, and defective construction.
Kate McDonald, shareholder at McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C. is celebrating her second consecutive year as a Super Lawyer, having been selected as a Rising Star in 2020, as well. She provides expert legal counsel and representation on a variety of construction cases ranging from construction disputes and complex delay claims to construction and design defects, and mechanic’s liens/foreclosure actions. Additionally, Kate serves as advisory counsel offering pre- dispute counseling, drafting and negotiating contracts, and legal aspects of project management.
