McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C. is pleased to announce that David Taylor has been named a shareholder of the firm. David has been with M&S since 2023, focusing his practice on construction defect litigation, general liability, and complex contract disputes.

David brings a distinctive background to his practice. Before returning to private practice, he served three terms as a state court judge, presiding over numerous complex civil trials, including construction defect matters. That time on the bench gave him a firsthand understanding of how these cases play out in court, which he draws on every day when advising and representing clients.
